I write this next blog with a soul full of heartache and pain. The more I study the scriptures, the more I realize the imperfection of humans. This pain will be addressed at the end of this blog, but first I must discuss the subject I was studying that caused it.
The Godhead, or what is known as the Trinity.
The word “Trinity” is a Latin-derived concept that does not exist anywhere in the text of the King James Bible. It is an extrabiblical construct that has built a foundation of idolatry, confusing believers into worshiping three separate gods. Here is the structural truth, spoken with the authority of Proverbs 1:7. I am not going to modernize or sugarcoat the truth. I am going to offend you with the truth, because the truth is what sets you free.
John 8:32—”And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
The first and foremost rule of the Godhead is this: there is one God and none else.
Isaiah 45:5—”I am the LORD, and there is none else; there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me.”
God does not share His glory, His strength, His presence, or His power with anyone.
Isaiah 42:8—”I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.”
Do the members of the Godhead “share” these things? NO. To share requires another distinct entity to share with. There is only one God.
Mark 12:32—”And the scribe said unto him, ‘Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:'”
To understand the architecture of the Godhead, we must examine the Hebrew mechanics and remove the veil of confusion.
1 Corinthians 14:33—”For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”
The terms are Ab (Father), Ben (Son), and Ruach (Holy Spirit). Break these down to their structural roots:
- Ab: The Source.
- Ben: The Building or Body (derived from banah, the structural extension or physical manifestation).
- Ruach: The Breath or Moving Power.
God the Father is the Source.
God the Son is the Building.
God the Holy Spirit is the Breath.
I have witnessed explosive arguments where people claim believers worship a Jesus who is not God. Here is the danger. Jesus is not a god. Jesus is not from God. Jesus IS God manifested in a physical form—the visible Temple of the invisible Creator.
1 Timothy “3:16—”And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
If you claim that God created Jesus, that makes Jesus separate from God and part of His creation. Praying to Jesus in that manner is a foundational collapse into blasphemy.
Romans 1:25—”Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.”
You would be praying to another god entirely separate from the Source. No man has seen the Ab and lived. The unfiltered glory of the Source is a consuming fire that corrupts flesh.
Exodus 33:20—”And he said, ‘Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.'”
But the Ben of the Ab was made flesh to dwell among men. The Infinite stepped down into a visible, physical structure.
John 1:14—”And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
The Ben Himself verified this architecture:
John 14:9—”Jesus saith unto him… he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, ‘Shew us the Father?'”
Look at the baptism, and let’s address the stained-glass depiction of a literal bird landing on a wet man. This scene is exactly why the “Trinity” concept causes confusion; modern religion teaches this event as three separate gods having a meeting at a river.
Look at the mechanics. He rises from the water; the Ab confirms that this physical structure is the Ben, and the Ruach is breathed upon Him “like a dove.”
Matthew 3:16-17—” And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon him: And lo, a voice from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Translating this into Hebrew. The word for “dove” is “Yonah” (יוֹנָה). The root of this points back directly to the action in Genesis 1:2, where the Ruach “moved” or hovered over the face of the waters. The phrase “like a dove” describes the manner of the descent—a hovering, targeted release of active power connecting the Source to the Structure. It is not a biological bird. To paint it as an avian creature is to reduce the invisible, moving power of the Godhead to a literal pigeon.
The scene is not three gods meeting at a river. This image is the first public authentication of the blueprint. It is the moment the Source audibly verified the physical structure while deploying the power, fulfilling the exact parameters of the prophecy:
Isaiah 42:1—”Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.”
Now, what is the definition of God? Ab, Ben, and Ruach. Deuteronomy 6:4—”Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one [Echad] LORD.” The most frequent word for “God” in the Old Testament is Elohim. The word “El” is the singular form of “God,” used to denote the absolute, One Source, One Structure, One Breath. (Echad)
Anything and anyone that teaches anything else is wrong.
“The Father is not the Son, and the Son is not the Father.” (Catechism of the Catholic Church 254 )
“I and my Father are one.” John 10:30
The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches 1.4 billion people. 0% of all Catholic churches bring a Bible to the pulpit and teach from it. Only 7% Catholics read the Word of God (the Bible) on their own time.
“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” John 5:39
At the beginning of this, I said that my soul was full of heartache. This is because of the 1.4 billion people that are worshipping a god that blatantly states that it is not God.
So I ask you. Which one do you believe? Which one will give you true freedom, and which one will make you a slave to man-made rituals?
